Owl Pro Meeting Camera Lending Policy & Agreement

Owl Pro Meeting Camera Lending Policy & Agreement

Purpose: To establish a policy to allow patrons to borrow special equipment.

Thanks to a generous gift of the Homestead Thrift and Monadnock Lions Club this meeting camera has been added to the Library of Things at Frost Free Library to allow local groups to facilitate hybrid meetings. Adult patrons may check out for use for local groups. Camera may be checked out for a period of seven (7) days and must be returned inside the library during library hours to a staff member. The Owl may be checked out by any Frost Free Library cardholder aged 18 or older with an account in good standing. The patron must also complete and sign the Lending Agreement form below. By checking out the Owl Meeting Camera the patron assumes responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that occurs during the checkout period and is liable for the full replacement cost of – $1,200. Fines for not returning the equipment on time will be assessed at $5.00 for each day it is overdue. The Frost Free Library assumes no liability for harm or injuries which may occur due to improper use.
