About Friends
Friends of Frost free Library was established in 1979 to help support the programs and services at the library through organizing community fundraisers and other events. Our Friends coordinate public events and help sponsor activities at the library that may be outside of the library's yearly budget.
Recent And Ongoing Support For The Library
Our Friends help support the library in many forms. In the past our Friends have raised money for the library to purchase things such as folding chairs, tables, a people counter, and the Little Free Library. Our Friends currently support the library by collecting books for the ongoing book sale, sponsoring summer reading, organizing the Elizabeth Richards concert series, sponsoring a monthly Friends Tea, caring for the gardens outside of the library, and continuing to provide support for the staff under special circumstances.
