Ginnie Goulet Gavrin is a retired massage therapist. She currently serves as facilitator and board member at the Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center in Keene, NH. She holds a master’s degree in Counseling from Antioch New England where she focused on integrating meditation into working through life crises. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Stonecoast MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Southern Maine.
